We’re Hiring: Business Development Manager – Home & Personal Care (Initially Maternity cover 12 months)

Location: UK & Ireland (Field-based)

Reporting To: Segment Sales Manager

Sector: Home & Personal Care | Packaging & Labelling

Are you a results-driven Business Development professional looking to make an impact in a growing market? We’re looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive growth across our Home & Personal Care segment, helping us outperform the market and build long-term customer partnerships.


The Role

You’ll be responsible for:

* Driving new business acquisition and growing key accounts
* Developing and executing a segment growth strategy
* Managing opportunities from first contact through to onboarding
* Building strong relationships with customers and internal teams
* Identifying cross-sell opportunities and improving margin
* Working closely with sales, estimating, production and customer service teams
* Using Salesforce to manage pipeline, activity and forecast

This is a hands-on role where you’ll own your territory and make a real commercial impact.


What We’re Looking For

* Proven experience in Business Development / Sales
* Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
* Ability to manage opportunities end-to-end
* Confident communicator and relationship builder
* Highly organised, self-motivated and proactive
* Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)


Desirable

* Experience in printing, packaging or manufacturing
* Knowledge of Home & Personal Care markets
