Experienced SEN Teaching Assistant Reception Class | Hounslow | September Start
Full-Time | Long-Term Role | Full Academic Year
We are looking for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Hounslow from September, supporting children within Reception on a full-time, long-term basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive Early Years setting where staff are passionate about helping every child thrive.
The role will involve supporting pupils with additional needs including:
* ASD * Speech and Language Needs * Communication Difficulties * Emotional and Behavioural Needs * Early Developmental Delays
You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to provide both 1:1 and small group support, helping children access learning, build confidence, and develop key social and emotional skills.
We are looking for someone who has:
Previous SEN TA experience in EYFS or Reception Strong understanding of additional needs within Early Years A calm, patient, and nurturing approach Good behaviour management skills A proactive and reliable attitude A genuine passion for supporting SEN pupils
