Job Purpose:

Adecco working in partnership with Bentley Motors, a leading organisation in the industry, is seeking a skilled Campaign Manager to join their dynamic team in Crewe. Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing content, including social media posts, blogs, and email campaigns.
* Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
* Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
* Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practises to drive innovation in campaign strategies.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including agencies, suppliers, and partners.
Desired Skills:
* Proven experience as a Campaign Manager or in a similar role.
* Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practises, with a focus on digital channels.
* Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines.
* Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and use insights to optimise campaigns.
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
* Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
