Account Manager – West of England
Location: Remote (With regular travel across the region)
Salary: £40,000 + OTE
We’re seeking an experienced Account Manager to join a leading UK-based EdTech organisation. In this role, you’ll manage relationships with schools and multi-academy trusts across the West of England, driving customer satisfaction, growth, and retention.
You’ll act as the primary commercial contact for your portfolio, working closely with internal teams to ensure customers gain maximum value from our products and services. This is a quota-carrying sales role that combines strategic account management, consultative selling, and partnership development.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and develop relationships across a portfolio of schools and trusts, engaging with senior leadership teams.
* Drive customer retention, renewals, and upsell opportunities.
* Deliver effective client presentations and regular business reviews.
* Plan and execute sales campaigns, tracking progress against goals.
* Collaborate with internal teams. Marketing, Product, Support, and Finance, to enhance the customer experience.
* Use CRM and reporting tools to manage your pipeline and forecast accurately.
* Provide insights on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in Account Management or Business Development, within EdTech.
* Strong territory management and consultative sales skills.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities at all levels.
* Commercial acumen and analytical thinking in a fast-paced setting.
* A proactive, growth-focused mindset with a passion for customer success.
* Based in or near Gloucestershire, with travel across the West of England as required.
