Offering a competitive base salary of up to £65,000 per annum, this role provides flexible working arrangements with options for full-time and part-time hours. Benefits - Salary up to £65,000, dependent on experience and qualifications - 5.6 weeks annual leave, increasing to 6.6 weeks after 2 years' service - Full-time role, averaging 38.5 hours a week - No OOH, 1 in 3 Saturdays (9-5pm) - Subsidised AXA private health insurance - RCVS, VDS & BVA memberships - Funded CPD, including certificates - Life Assurance €“ 4x annual salary - MHFA in practice & counselling services available through Retail Hub - Discounts at Vets for Pets, Pet at Home, and the Groom Room - Exclusive discounts through their Reward Hub, including high street retailers, supermarkets, and travel Role Structure This is a 4-day week role with an additional 1 in 3 Saturdays. The rota is thoughtfully arranged for the year ahead and conveniently accessible on RotaCloud. This platform allows you to request holidays or swap shifts with the click of a button, whether online or via an app. Practice Details As an RCVS-accredited practice,they are delighted to support professional growth through in-house training and mentorship. Their practice boasts state-of-the-art equipment including digital radiography, Doppler ultrasonography, dental equipment, IDEXX lab machines, and more. They pride themselves on fostering an environment where further qualifications, such as certificates, are actively encouraged and funded.
