About The Role
* Developing new products from concept to manufacture, supporting the design functions by creating Pro‑E Assemblies, Models and Drawings.
* Administration of change requests to update drawings, models and Bills of Materials.
* Updating data within Lifecycle management tool (PLM).
* Creation of new drawings, model files and Bills of Materials to support projects.
* Administering the release of new saleable part numbers to the organisation.
* Providing drawing support for other departments within the organization.

* To comply with the Integrated Management System (IMS) and minimise any impact on the environment whilst carrying out duties.
* To ensure and promote safe working conditions for all employees, visitors and contractors by implementing, monitoring and complying with occupational health & safety provisions.

Size of team / environment
Joining a team of 4 to create and maintain documentation. This team sits as part of the “Product data Group“ within the overall R&D department.
Your Qualifications
Role Requirements
Education/Qualifications
* HND or higher in Mechanical Engineering or similar discipline.
Related Experience
* Previous experience in a design drafting environment
* Good understanding of Engineering Change Processes
* Competent with Pro‑E Creo or similar and AutoCAD
Skills, Special Competencies
* High attention to detail
* Understanding of technical specifications
* Good communication skills
* Customer focused approach with a can‑do attitude
* Ownership of tasks
* Willingness to learn and adapt to changes
* A team player with the ability to interact with all areas of the Company, especially Manufacturing, Quality and Product Management
