The Role
Working as part of a focused and ambitious brigade, you will support the pastry section in delivering desserts and pastry elements to Michelin-star standard.
You will:
* Work across the pastry section during prep and service
* Produce refined plated desserts, petit fours, breads and ice creams
* Maintain consistency, precision and presentation at the highest level
* Support seasonal menu development with ideas and input
* Uphold strict standards of organisation, cleanliness and discipline
* Work closely with the senior team to deliver a polished guest experience

The Ideal Candidate
* Current Pastry Chef de Partie or strong Demi/CDP
* Experience within a Michelin-star or equivalent high-level kitchen
* Strong technical grounding in pastry with attention to detail
* Calm, organised and consistent under pressure
* Passionate about refined desserts and seasonal produce
* A team player with a professional approach
