Responsibilities
* Manage a cleaning team, including recruitment and development of staff to maintain excellent service standards for routine planned and periodic cleaning for Mitie customers.
* Ensure cleaning staff work to task schedules, follow Health & Safety procedures and receive technical training as required.
* Distribute uniforms, monitor cleanliness standards and manage material usage, ordering stocks as necessary.
* Resolve issues efficiently and professionally, referring to line manager when appropriate.
Qualifications
* Previous supervisory and cleaning experience.
* Good communication skills.
* Reliable, hardworking with a professional attitude.
* Ability to work independently to a schedule.
