As a Counter Manager for Dior Travel Retail, you are a brand ambassador and an expert in make-up, skincare, and fragrance. Job Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities
Sales
* Set and achieve targets aligned with company expectations.
* Develop action plans to optimize business through consumer insights, shift management, investments, incentives, and trade marketing activations.
* Proactively sell Dior products, providing a luxury standard of service.
* Lead and coach your team to meet or exceed sales targets.
* Implement cross-selling, upselling, and link-selling strategies across product categories to increase ATV and ATU.
* Maximize the impact of new product launches.
* Maintain proper stock levels at POS and follow up on stock issues.
Service
* Educate and train team members on Dior products and updates.
* Foster passion and growth within your team.
* Coordinate with training teams to ensure attendance and follow-up on coaching sessions.
* Recruit and onboard qualified sales staff.
* Maintain product knowledge and propose personalized solutions to clients.
* Demonstrate products and explain benefits confidently.
People Management
* Manage team members by identifying coaching and development opportunities.
* Conduct regular visits and appraisals to support team development.

Operational Management
