1. Activelyengagewithcustomers,understandingtheirneedsandpreferences.

3. AbilitytoserveHighNetWorth(HNW)clientsandhandlechallenges.
4. Provideaccurateanddetailedinformationaboutjewelleryproducts,includingmaterials,gemstones,andcareinstructions.
5. Upsellandcross-selljewelleryandrelatedaccessories.
6. Processsalestransactionsefficientlyandaccurately.
