Responsibilities
 * You can understand business challenges and architect system solutions with ServiceNow.
 * You are prepared to work with global clients across industries in a trusted advisor capacity to design and deliver new solutions.
 * Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) while offering thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders in solving governance, program/project management, business process and/or technical problems.
 * Act as a continuous learner, taking advantage of new learning opportunities including willingness to undertake new certifications (e.g., Certified Master Architect).
 * Keep up to date on new ServiceNow applications and latest offerings.
 * As a member of the ServiceNow Business Group, access to robust training and certification opportunities.
 * Identify opportunities to provide additional value to clients and collaborate with ServiceNow account teams to progress.
 * Drive continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences.
 * Technical Architects can lead and mentor teams of ServiceNow Developers in a technical management capacity.
 * Be process-oriented and prefer order over chaos; seek help from peers and Subject Matter Experts when needed.
 * Bring a background in Enterprise Software or Consulting companies.
Qualifications & Expectations
Relevant experience with ServiceNow architecture and development, a track record of client-facing engagement, and ability to work in a global, matrixed environment.
