As a Breakfast Chef, you will responsible for preparing and presenting breakfast dishes to the highest standards. Your creativity, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills will contribute to our exceptional dining experience.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure that all dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standards, maintaining consistency and quality.
* Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new breakfast menu items and specials.
* Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional culinary experiences
* Monitor and manage inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure optimal freshness.
* Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive and supportive team environment.
* Communicate effectively with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of orders.
* Stay updated on industry trends and advancements, bringing new ideas and techniques to the table.
