Salary is dependent on experience, qualifications, and school expectations. Pay is aligned with Agency Worker Regulations (AWR), where applicable.

The Role
You’ll provide classroom cover across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 on a day-to-day, short-term, and long-term basis. Schools need reliable teachers who can step in, deliver engaging lessons, and keep learning on track from the moment the register is taken.
You’ll be supported by a dedicated consultant who knows the local area and can match you with schools that suit your strengths, preferred key stages, and availability.

To be considered as a Supply Teacher, you must have:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Right to work in the UK
• Experience teaching in UK primary schools
• Confidence teaching across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
• Strong behaviour management and classroom presence
• The ability to quickly build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• Availability during school hours (8:30am–3:30pm)
