Project Coordinator – Stroud
Type: Full-time, permanent role
Salary: £28,000 per annum

Business need / purpose of role
Work within the Projects group in the Contracts department, coordinating assigned projects and acting as the interface between customers and the company.
Objectives
* Coordinate assigned orders within project scope
* Liaise with all internal departments regarding orders
* Act as the primary point of contact for customers and representatives
* Assist in creating project plans for effective communication and control
* Ensure timely and accurate order status reporting
* Collaborate with clients and colleagues to improve reporting formats
* Support monitoring of actual project costs against estimates
* Maintain comprehensive project registers and files
* Provide input for proposals, re-quotes, clarifications, and change orders
* Identify and support process and system improvements
* Coordinate client visits to the Bentley facility and maintain visit records
* Support the Return Material Authorisation (RMA) system
* Deliver month-end reporting and presentations on time
Education and experience
* Proficiency in MS applications (Projects, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
* Strong commercial, numerical, and analytical skills
* Preferably experienced in the Oil, Gas, or Energy industries
* Basic understanding of manufacturing, planning, and supply chain processes
