The Role
We seek a Lead Data Analyst to understand customer behavior and support our D2C strategy. You will develop data ecosystems, optimize product and marketing performance, and collaborate with analytics teams. Based in London with potential travel to New York, reporting to the VP of Measurement and Analytics.
What Does It Take?
Essential Criteria
* Experience in D2C, subscription, or e-commerce businesses
* Proficiency in SQL, Python, and analytics tools like GA4, Adobe, Piano
* Understanding of customer funnel, segmentation, retention
* Experience presenting data insights to stakeholders; visualization skills (Tableau, Power BI) desirable
* Strong communication skills and business acumen
Desirable Criteria
* Expertise in advanced analytics, forecasting, predictive analytics
* Knowledge of marketing principles, customer segmentation, digital channels
* Experience with retention models, cohorts, lifetime value
* Understanding of acquisition and engagement strategies
* Collaborative, agile mindset
