Shift: Night Shift, Tuesday - Saturday, 2am - 10:30am
Hours: 40 Hours per week
Salary: £30,035 per annum

About the Role
As our Operations Team Leader, you will be the driving force behind our warehouse operations. Your leadership will ensure that everything runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
* Overseeing a dedicated team to keep them motivated and organized.
* Conducting training sessions and monitoring attendance and performance.
* Facilitating communication between team members and management.
* Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and safety.
* Getting hands-on when needed to boost productivity.

About You
While a background in warehouse management is desirable, we also value people management experience from other sectors. Ideally, you will have:
* Experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in logistics, warehouse, FMCG, or similar industries.
* Experience managing large operations and liaising at all levels.
* Outstanding communication skills to build effective relationships with team members and management.
* Experience in planning and executing warehouse operations, addressing challenges as they arise.
