Salary: £48,000-£52,000 per annum + £4,000 car allowance
Location: Initial site will be in Oldham. Main office Rochdale.

Requirements
* Minimum 5 years experience as a Civils Site Manager
* SMSTS
* Experience in: Drainage, Curbing, Pavements, Steel Structure
