This role is responsible for ensuring the business maintains the highest standards of health & safety.
Key Responsibilities of Health & Safety Officer:
* Manage and continuously improve the company’s Health & Safety systems and culture.
* Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
* Deliver training and guidance to staff on H&S and compliance matters.
Ideal Health & Safety Officer:
* Proven experience in a Health & Safety
* NEBOSH qualification (or equivalent) preferred
