The Role…
As a key member of the beauty editorial team, you will play an important role in supporting the Beauty Assistant with the coordination of images and credits, as well as overseeing the day-to-day management of the beauty cupboard. You'll act as an ambassador for the brand within the beauty industry, building strong relationships where possible. This role also provides the opportunity to develop your writing skills and contribute to creative content, working collaboratively as part of a dynamic editorial team.
Main Duties…
* Work closely with the Beauty Assistant to support smooth workflow and the overall running of the department.
* Manage the sourcing of products for pages, including images, credits, and prices.
* Oversee the beauty cupboard and product logistics.
* Liaise with the art team and subs, alongside the Beauty Assistant, to ensure the smooth production of pages.
* Attend relevant departmental and brand meetings.
* Represent the brand as an ambassador at events, developing and strengthening key industry relationships where possible.
* Contribute ideas to content and work collaboratively as part of the wider creative team.
* Maintain open and effective communication within the beauty team.
* Demonstrate excellent organisational skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proactive and eager to learn, with a flexible approach to new challenges.
* Creative thinker with an eye for detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a fast-paced team.
* Confident user of Microsoft Office and comfortable with digital tools/social platforms.
