* Grantham HQ - Office based
* Car Allowance: £5,000pa - as this role covers multiple sites, the successful candidate will be required to drive and have access to their own car.

CANDIDATE BRIEF

Reporting to the Group HR Director, the ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing various HR functions, ensuring that all HR practices align with business objectives, and ensure consistent adherence to employment laws and regulations. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, fostering a high-performance culture, whilst providing support to both employees and management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic HR:

* Partner with business leaders to understand their goals and challenges.
* Provide guidance on organisational structure, workforce planning, and change management.
* Collaborate with the HR team to implement new initiatives and HR programs, systems and improvements.
* Drive initiatives that improve organisational culture, employee engagement, and retention.

Employee Relations:

* Advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and conflict resolution.
* Address employee concerns and help resolve workplace issues, maintaining a positive work environment.
* Guide managers in performance management, including goal setting, feedback, and evaluations.
* Implement programs to recognise and reward employee performance.
* Support employees in their professional development through coaching and mentoring.

Talent Management:

* Support recruitment and staffing processes, ensuring the right talent is identified and hired.
* Assist managers in the development of training programs to build employee skills and capabilities.
* Work on succession planning and leadership development.

Compliance & Risk Management:

* Ensure HR practices comply with all legal regulations and company policies.
* Maintain the Company Handbook and document register.
* Assist in managing HR risks and legal issues related to employment law, terminations, and disputes.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

* 5+ years’ experience as a Senior HR Advisor / HR Business Partner or in a similar role.
* CIPD level 5 minimum requirement, degree qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field would be beneficial.
* Property / Financial Services background desirable.
* Experienced in managing multi-sites would be beneficial.
* Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to communicate with individuals at all levels across all departments.
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
* Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence and advise leaders.
* Ability to think long-term and contribute to the business strategy.
* Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
* Confidence in coaching and developing leaders and teams.
