What You'll Need
* Active NMC registration (RGN)
* Senior nursing experience (Clinical Lead, Deputy Manager, or Senior Nurse)
* Experience within a nursing home
* Strong knowledge of safeguarding, DoLS, and compliance requirements
What You'll Do
* Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing and care teams
* Ensure compliance with safeguarding, DoLS, and regulatory standards
* Support audits, care planning, and continuous quality improvement
* Lead by example on the floor, maintaining high clinical standards
* Mentor and develop nurses and senior care staff
* Collaborate with management to support safe, effective service delivery
