Our client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join their team.

You will be part of a team, working with an experienced residential conveyancing fee earner as part of a busy but friendly team in an established law firm.
Role
- Completing anti‑money laundering and compliance procedures.
- Speaking to relevant parties over the telephone.
- General administration duties.
- Preparation of contracts.
- Processing completions.
- Using the case management system.
Requirements
- Understanding of the conveyancing process and previous experience as an assistant or secretary.
- Confident telephone manner and ability to make and receive calls from clients, solicitors, mortgage lenders and estate agents.
- Good organisational and administration skills.
- Confidence and capability when meeting clients face‑to‑face who occasionally drop into the office to collect or deliver paperwork.
