At Bond Williams, we're expanding and looking for a motivated, relationship-led Recruitment Consultant to join our established team in Bournemouth.
About the role:You'll take ownership of a specialist desk - either in a field you already know or one you're keen to grow into. With support from a collaborative and experienced team, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle:
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships
* Win new business through networking and outreach
* Source, screen, and place high-quality candidates
* Offer consultative support and market insights to clients and candidates
* Build a reputation for delivering real value, not just hitting targets

* Accounting & Finance

* IT & Software Solutions

* Engineering, Science & Space
* Executive Search & Senior Appointments
You'll join the division that suits your experience, interests, or long-term goals best.What we're looking for:
* Recruitment experience (in-house, resourcing, delivery, or agency)
* Confidence to step into a 360 role - or continue building on your experience
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Drive to develop your own desk and take ownership of your success
* Professional, consultative approach with a focus on long-term partnerships
