My client is looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to support the timely delivery of facilities management projects.You’ll play a key role in ensuring projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
* Track and manage multiple FM projects from start to finish.
* Resolve delays by coordinating with contractors and internal teams.
* Keep project documentation and reports up to date.
* Support scheduling, planning, and communication across stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
* Previous experience in project coordination, preferably in FM or construction.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* Proficient in MS Office and project tracking tools.
