Job Title: Engineering Supervisor
Job Location: Hounslow
Hours: 40 hrs (Mechanical & Plumbing)
Job Purpose: To supervise and coordinate either a team of HVAC engineers (Mechanical role) or a team of plumbers (Plumbing role), ensuring all installation, maintenance, and repair works are carried out safely, efficiently, and to company standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and lead a team of engineers or plumbers
* Plan, allocate, and monitor daily work activities
* Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair works
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
* Conduct site inspections and quality checks
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
* Liaise with management, clients, and contractors
* Maintain accurate service and project documentation
* Ensure projects are completed on time and within scope
Essential Requirements (Both Roles)
* Proven supervisory experience in mechanical/HVAC or plumbing field
* Valid driving licence (mandatory)
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Clear and confident decision‑making ability
* Excellent problem‑solving skills
* Good communication and organisational skills
