Hi there
I'm launching a new weekly podcast and am looking for an experienced audio editor and sound designer to help me get it off the ground and maintain it long-term.
About the Podcast:
It will be a short, highly concise summary of the previous week's tech news, with episodes running about 4-5 minutes each. The podcast will be in English.
For an idea of the pacing, energy, and format I am aiming for, please check out this inspiration podcast (note: the inspiration is in Spanish, but mine will be in English):
What I Need:
This project is broken down into two parts:
Part 1: Initial Audio Branding (One-time project)
I currently do not have any audio assets. I need you to create a professional sound profile for the show, which includes:
- A brief, engaging Intro (with background music and potential voiceover mixing).
- A clean Outro.
- 1-2 short audio transitions/bumpers to move between news segments.
Part 2: Ongoing Weekly Editing (Ongoing project)
Once the assets are created, I will need you to edit one 4-5 minute episode per week. This will involve:
- Cleaning up my raw voiceover audio (removing breaths, mistakes, background noise).
- Adding the intro, outro, and transitions.
- Mixing and mastering to ensure broadcast-quality sound and pacing.
I'm looking for a reliable, long-term partner for this project. If you have a great ear for pacing and clean audio, I'd love to hear from you
