What is the job role?

We work closely with colleagues across Children's and Education Services to contribute to positive outcomes for vulnerable children and families across Coventry.

Role specifics:
This role supports both the Coventry Safeguarding Children’s Partnership (CSCP) and Coventry Safeguarding Adult’s Board (CSAB), coordinating safeguarding services to ensure the best outcomes for residents. The teams work with statutory partners including West Midlands Police, Coventry City Council, and The Coventry and Warwickshire Integrated Care Board.
We are hiring an Operational Support Team Leader to support the team's daily administrative tasks, including organizing meetings, liaising with partners, updating websites/newsletters, and taking minutes.
Please note: This role does not currently involve managing staff. All candidates must have the Right to Work in the UK; we are not offering sponsorship. The role is subject to a DBS check under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
