Mobile Fabric Engineer
Bristol & surrounding areas (Mobile role) – £28,000 - £36,000 + Company Van – Monday - Friday (Full-time)
We are currently recruiting for a Mobile Fabric Engineer to join a leading UK building services provider, operating across a diverse portfolio of commercial properties in the Bristol region.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established organisation known for delivering high-quality, sustainable building services solutions across both construction and facilities management environments.
The Role
Working as part of a mobile maintenance team, you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of fabric and general building maintenance tasks across multiple client sites.
Duties will include:
* General building fabric maintenance (doors, locks, ceilings, flooring, etc.)
* Basic plumbing and minor mechanical works
* Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
* Reactive maintenance and fault finding
* Supporting M&E engineers where required
* Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety standards
You'll be provided with a company van and will cover sites across the Bristol area.

Requirements
* Proven experience in a fabric / building maintenance role
* Multi-skilled background (basic plumbing, carpentry, general repairs)
* Experience working in commercial environments
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
* Good communication and customer-facing skills
