Reporting to: Sales Director
Responsible for: Providing administrative support to the across multiple areas of the business. Supporting customers at various stages of their lifecycle with Knowledge Bank. Consistently providing excellent customer service to broker and lender partners.
Location: Farnborough (The Hub) – office based with 1 day per week working from home
Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday, 9am–5.30pm
Salary: £27,500 to £30,000
About the role
We're looking for a Business Support Administrator to join our fast moving team at Knowledge Bank. This is a varied, hands on role supporting several areas of the business, including Sales, Lender Relationships, Marketing and Customer Support.
You'll be someone who enjoys keeping things organised, staying calm when things get busy, and helping customers get the best possible experience. Mortgage industry experience is highly desirable, particularly if you've worked in an administrative or support role and are looking to broaden your skills.
You don't need to know everything on day one, we're looking for someone curious, willing to learn, and confident asking questions.

What you'll be doing
We're looking for someone organised, proactive and hands-on who enjoys variety and getting stuck in. This is a broad role supporting the whole business — from leadership and marketing to sales, customers and operations.
Business & Leadership Support
Provide day-to-day admin support to senior leaders and the wider team
Organise meetings, prepare agendas and Board packs
Support reporting, KPI tracking and presentations
Coordinate internal and external meetings and events
Keep key documents and databases organised and up to date
Marketing & Communications
Manage marketing activity, advertising bookings and campaign assets
Coordinate webinars (setup, hosting support and reporting)
Liaise with partners for campaign stats and performance data
Support awards entries, press releases and social content
Help manage the Knowledge Bank WhatsApp channel and wider communications
Sales & Customer Support
Be the first point of contact via phone and inboxes
Support Sales with admin and customer enquiries
Deliver broker and lender demos when needed
Support users with KB Pro, Notify and AffCalc
Help onboard new lenders and team plans
Maintain system accuracy through data entry and quality checks
Operations & People Support
Liaise with external agencies
Support HR admin and new starter onboarding
Help manage policies and employee handbook updates
Support company projects, launches and improvements
Step in to support teams during busy periods or absences

Confident using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Fast and accurate typing skills
A good understanding of the mortgage industry, criteria and terminology
At least one year's experience in a business support, admin or operations role
Qualifications
