Technology Delivery Lead – Associate Manager

The Opportunity
Lead with both technical depth and delivery excellence. You will drive complex programmes, engage in architecture conversations, and inspire engineering teams.
What You’ll Do
* Drive delivery of high‑quality technology transformation programmes, on time and on budget
* Lead multi‑functional, geographically distributed engineering teams across the full delivery lifecycle – design, build, test, and deploy
* Coach and develop your team, adopting AI tooling and modern engineering practices
* Act as a trusted technology delivery partner for clients, bridging engineering reality and business expectations
* Contribute to technical decisions – evaluating architectural trade‑offs, build vs. buy options, and their impact on risk and pace
* Use AI‑assisted planning tools to improve estimation accuracy and forecast risks earlier
* Develop and manage end‑to‑end delivery plans across Agile, Scaled Agile, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies
* Proactively manage Risk, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies (RAID)
* Lead governance, stakeholder reporting, and budgetary control with clarity and accountability
* Champion AI‑enabled delivery practices within your teams
* Stay ahead of emerging delivery practices such as agentic development, AI in the SDLC, DevSecOps, and platform engineering
* Drive a culture of continuous improvement, experimentation, and raising the bar on software delivery
* Contribute to Accenture’s engineering delivery community at scale
Qualifications
* Proven track record of leading end‑to‑end technology delivery programmes at scale, including budget ownership
* Strong engineering background – able to engage in technical design, architecture, and solutions
* Experience across Agile (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and Waterfall delivery methodologies
* People leadership – winning, motivating, and developing high‑performing engineering teams
* Excellent stakeholder management – confident engaging senior client and internal leaders
* Organisational skills – manage multiple priorities and workstreams
* Hands‑on user of AI‑enabled delivery tooling who champions adoption across teams
* Experience with AI tools for risk identification, sprint forecasting, reporting automation, or retrospective analysis
* Ability to coach teams on responsible use of AI, maintaining human judgement and accountability
* Awareness of AI’s evolving role in the SDLC and where AI adds value and where human oversight is essential
* Experience influencing senior stakeholders and navigating organisational complexity
* Knowledge of modern engineering practices – DevSecOps, SRE, platform engineering, modern architecture
* Relevant cloud and delivery certifications (e.g., SAFe, AWS, PMP, Prince2)
