Job Description:
Digital Tourism Business / Management Consultant - UK contract, Middle East client
Background in Digital Business Consultancy (definition/documentation/presentation)
Experience in Travel & Hospitality industry is a bonus
Experience working within the Middle East (UAE or KSA preferred)
UK/remote based, with ability to travel (trips no longer than 1-2 weeks, planned on an ad-hoc basis, 3-4 trips per year)
* Define, agree, and mobilise Digital Tourism Target Operating Model
* Define Tourism's digital Services Assurance Integration and Management Framework (Strategy, Design, Build, Run)
* Implement Governance Framework & Structures for:
o Change, Configuration, and Control Body
o Partner Integration Framework
o Acceptance into Service Framework
o Issues & Requests Management
* Define Tourism's digital support model and framework for seamless visitor experience and robust support services
* Define the high-level Capability and Maturity Model for Digital Tourism
* Define and publish the Common Framework to align Business and IT
* Define the Visitor Care strategy, digital toolsets requirements, and establish Visitor Care
* Define the Digital Communications strategy & requirements across the Common Framework (Strategy, Design, Build & Run)
* Support development of a business case (cost elements, vendor quotes) and statements of work for services and budget
