EWC require a Temporary Site Supervisor to work at the Bourne Household Waste Recycling Centre for 37.5 hours a week, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday inclusive.
Main Duties
* Helping and advising members of the public to segregate their waste and recyclable materials
* Opening and closing the site
* Ensuring only Household waste enters the site
* Completing compliance paperwork
* Liaising with Third party hauliers, booking container empties
* Operating waste compaction equipment
* Housekeeping of site
* Carrying out daily checks of site for environmental compliance
You would be managing a team of operatives sharing all the above duties.
Please bear in mind that this role is mainly based outdoors and will require some manual handling operations.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: £13.48 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
