Our Client has a requirement for a Senior EC&I Engineer, who will be required to work on a contract basis in Warrington.
Role Purpose:
* Support the discipline Lead Engineer by providing technical delivery of schedule items.
* Provide relevant engineering underpinning through collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team and wider industry stakeholders.
* Oversee the translation of complex user requirements into fully engineered, safe, and legal design solutions.
Job Role Responsibilities:
1. Deriving high-level engineering solutions through structured optioneering processes and the down-selection of instrumentation/remote handling systems.
2. Developing engineering specifications, including structured requirements management and validation.
3. Determining data requirements for tracking and records management capabilities in accordance with regulatory requirements.
4. Defining critical interfaces between Operational Technology (OT) and Information Technology (IT) systems.
5. Producing comprehensive design drawings and documentation at all applicable stages of the gated design process.
