We are seeking a Programme Manager to lead the planning and delivery of cross-functional programmes that support strategic business objectives. This role involves coordinating multiple teams, managing complex project portfolios, and ensuring effective communication across stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
* Programme Strategy : Develop and implement programme plans aligned with organisational goals, including scope, success criteria, and delivery timelines.
* Cross-Functional Coordination : Collaborate with teams across Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure alignment and progress.
* Strategic Planning : Support IT planning and prioritisation based on business value, balancing short- and long-term needs across regions.
* Portfolio Oversight : Manage multiple related projects, monitor progress, address risks, and optimise resource allocation.
* Process Improvement : Establish scalable programme management processes, governance structures, and reporting tools.
* Stakeholder Engagement : Maintain clear communication with senior leadership, external partners, and internal teams.
* Continuous Improvement : Facilitate lessons learned and promote consistent delivery practices across teams.
Skills and Experience:
* Programme or project management experience
* Demonstrated success in delivering complex, multi-system programmes
* Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
* Proficiency in tools such as Jira and MS Project
* Strong analytical and reporting skills
* Understanding of software development lifecycle and technical architecture
