Role Accountabilities:
 12. Responding to customer enquiries in a professional manner by phone and email.
 13. Input data into the in-house computer database Enwis and other administrative computer systems, including setting up new customers and adding contracts.
 14. Create and maintain relevant spreadsheets
 15. Provide monthly reports to relevant customers as required
 16. Run and issue mail merges to customers
 17. Effectively coordinate with all sections of the business
 18. Ensure compliance with the Group’s Health and Safety policy and behaviours.
 19. Assist with H&S and Environmental standards for the site audits and accreditations
 20. Demonstrate and provide the highest levels of service and professionalism to internal and external customers.
 21. Be proactive and adopt a focused approach to all your activities.
 22. Communicate clearly at all levels within the business.
 23. Proactively manage your time and activities to ensure high level of efficiency and output.
 24. Provide administrative support on a wide range of general administration tasks as required
Person Specification
The Candidate:
 25. Formal qualifications to a minimum GCSE level
 26. Previous experience delivering a wide range of administration functions would be advantageous
 27. Computer literate to include use of Microsoft office programmes
 28. Competence and aptitude to work as part of team in a fast-paced office environment
 29. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within an organisation and with external customers
 30. Proactively manage your time and activities to ensure high level of efficiency and output.
 31. Demonstrate and provide the highest levels of service and professionalism to internal and external customers.
