Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 basic + OTE up to £47,000 + annual bonus
Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm

As a Sales Progressor, you’ll take full ownership of the sale from offer agreed through to completion. You’ll be the driving force keeping all parties aligned, chasing progress and removing blockers to ensure transactions complete smoothly and quickly.
This role suits someone who enjoys being busy, takes pride in getting deals over the line, and thrives in a fast-moving, performance-led environment.
We’re looking for an experienced Sales Progressor, or a strong Sales Negotiator who is confident running their own sales progression, to join a high-performing team that helps hundreds of homeowners achieve quick, stress-free sales every year.
Clients come to the business because they need certainty and speed. Whether it’s an open-market sale, an investor-led transaction or a direct purchase, you’ll play a key role in turning agreed offers into successful completions.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing your own portfolio of property sales from offer accepted through to completion
* Acting as the main point of contact for buyers, sellers and solicitors, keeping communication clear and proactive at all times
* Building strong working relationships with solicitors and key stakeholders to keep transactions moving
* Identifying and resolving issues quickly to avoid delays
* Delivering a high level of customer service with regular, reassuring updates
* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all legal and compliance requirements are met
* Reporting on progress against KPIs and contributing to team targets
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in sales progression
* Background as a Sales Progressor or Estate Agent with hands-on sales progression experience
* Excellent communication skills and a calm, confident approach with clients
* Strong organisation skills and the ability to juggle multiple transactions at once
* A proactive problem-solver who performs well under pressure
* A good understanding of the conveyancing process and property sales timelines
