Location:
Stonehouse, Gloucestershire
Description & Scope:
This internship will provide hands-on experience in logistics and supply chain management within a global technology and manufacturing environment.
The selected intern will support ongoing projects aimed at improving the efficiency of logistics operations, including inbound and outbound flows, inventory optimisation, supplier collaboration, and warehouse processes.
The scope of the internship includes exposure to end-to-end supply chain practices, use of digital tools, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Responsibilities
1. Support the logistics team in daily operations such as shipments coordination, material flow monitoring, and documentation follow-up.
2. Contribute to ongoing projects focused on enhancing supply chain efficiency, with an emphasis on cost reduction, process optimisation, and supplier performance.
3. Collect and analyse logistics data to identify opportunities for improvement.
4. Prepare reports and presentations to support decision-making.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Planning, Procurement, and Manufacturing to gain a holistic view of the supply chain.

Qualifications:
10. Studying Masters in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management or a related discipline
11. Oral and written communication skills in English
12. Good motivation, autonomy, teamwork, and ingenuity
13. Data analysis (Excel, Power BI, or similar tools)
14. Knowledge of supply chain and logistics principles
15. Project management basics
16. Reporting and presentation skills
