We are working with a well-established, and growing, business based in Telford who are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join the team. They are looking for a good all-round accounts assistant/bookkeeper to complete transactional accounting duties.
Responsibilities:
* Processing supplier invoices and expense receipts / claims.
* Sales invoicing
* Bank reconciliations
* Processing credit card statements / receipts and balancing
* Checking entries into the accounting software to ensure that Invoices have been correctly categorised and VAT has been entered correctly.
* Putting together and monitoring cashflows
Requirements:
The successful candidate needs to have experience of the duties above. You will have good knowledge of VAT, cashflow and budgeting. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel would be a big advantage. You will enjoy working in a fast paced environment and be able to communicate with people at all levels.
