Are you a commercially minded Senior Chartered Town Planner ready to take the next step in your career? We're partnering with a well-established, multi-disciplinary property consultancy known for delivering high-impact planning solutions across the UK. Due to sustained growth and an impressive pipeline of work, they're now looking to strengthen their Planning team with an experienced and ambitious planner.

What you'll be doing:
* Managing and delivering planning applications, appraisals, and development strategies.
* Advising a varied client base including developers, investors, and landowners.
* Leading negotiations with local planning authorities and key stakeholders.
* Mentoring junior planners and supporting business development initiatives.
About you:
* MRTPI qualified with at least 5+ years' post-qualification experience.
* Strong knowledge of UK planning policy and procedures.
* Excellent communication, client management, and report-writing skills.
* Proven ability to manage complex projects and work to tight deadlines.
* Commercially aware and keen to play a role in business growth.
