We’re seeking a Technical Assistant to join our team on a maternity cover contract — supporting a busy engineering branch with essential administrative and technical coordination. What You’ll Be Doing Providing day-to-day administrative support to branch personnel Managing material requisitions and liaising with suppliers and procurement to ensure timely delivery of goods and services Maintaining site documentation and notices related to Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) standards Administering the hours management system for the site engineering team Assisting with general clerical and coordination tasks across multiple departments Providing reception cover as required, including greeting visitors, handling calls, and managing front-desk enquiries What We’re Looking For Strong organisational and communication skills Experience in administrative or technical support roles Confidence working with internal systems and supplier contacts A proactive approach and attention to detail Please note: All candidates will be subject to a basic disclosure check as part of the recruitment process.
