Venari Legal are delighted to be working again with one of our long standing clients are are looking to recruit an experienced Real Estate solicitor to their team. You will be based from their office in Dundee with hybrid working on offer.

This is a chance to support and assist Partners within the Commercial Property division to provide and excellent legal service to clients.
Key Tasks
1. Manage your workload competently, professionally, and cost effectively to achieve client satisfaction and firm objectives.
2. Be pro-active in the financial control of all your own matters as the fee-earner, including accurate time recording and prompt feeing.
3. Examine title and report to clients.
4. Negotiate with other solicitors and revise leases for either tenants or landlords.
5. Research and prepare opinions on commercial property issues.
6. Assist with development of commercial property styles and templates.
