We are a professional, fun, fully Inclusive and diverse digital consultancy, valuing everyone's opinion. With a huge growth plan over the next two years, we are looking to expand our client facing delivery team with designers, developers, and testers as we continue to expand our project portfolio.
Responsibilities
* Conduct user research to support new policies, identify unmet needs, and test improvements, including reviewing previous research on supplier payment services.
* Create a user research plan with key goals, methods, and participant criteria, ensuring thorough documentation and communication of findings.
* Recruit a diverse range of participants, including those with accessibility needs, maintaining a research schedule of every three weeks.
* Collaborate with design and development teams to design, test, and refine prototypes, prioritising research to meet policy implementation targets.
* Work with stakeholders to prioritise and design service improvements based on user insights, ensuring alignment with DDaT and GOV.UK standards.
* Continuously test and refine enhancements, validating user needs across segments with design and development teams.
