Role: Residential Conveyancer - Home Based
Salary: £38,000 - £46,000 + Bonus & Benefits
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Location: Fully Remote / Home Based (UK)
The Opportunity
CRA Consulting are working with a highly regarded conveyancing provider who are seeking experienced Residential Conveyancers to join their growing home-based team.

You will be part of a progressive and tech-driven organisation that invests heavily in both people and systems, ensuring you have the tools, support, and manageable caseloads needed to deliver excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a caseload of leasehold and freehold sales and purchases, with a particular focus on leasehold work
* Provide clear, timely advice and updates to clients and agents throughout the transaction
* Ensure all matters are progressed efficiently with minimal outsourcing - you will maintain control of your files from instruction through to completion
* Deliver excellent customer service in line with the firm\'s high standards and reputation
* Utilise a state-of-the-art case management system and digital processes designed to streamline conveyancing and reduce admin burden
About You
* We are looking for Conveyancers who:
* Have proven experience in residential property law, ideally with strong leasehold knowledge
* Are qualified as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or have equivalent conveyancing experience
* Thrive in a home-based environment, managing their own caseload with professionalism and efficiency
* Are passionate about providing a first-class service to clients and agents
