Intermediate / Senior Electrical Design Engineer

Role Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage electrical design projects across sectors including residential, education, justice, and laboratories.
* Collaborate with mechanical engineers and other disciplines to ensure seamless project delivery.
* Prepare and manage fee proposals, engage with clients, and represent the team in meetings.
* Oversee workload distribution, ensuring deadlines are met efficiently.
* Provide leadership, mentoring junior engineers and fostering a collaborative work environment.
* Design electrical services from Stage 2 to Stage 6, including detailed specifications and calculations.
* Attend site visits, provide technical advice, and work on projects ranging from small schemes to large-scale residential and commercial developments.
Key Requirements:
* Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
* Minimum 3-4 years of experience in electrical design (5-6 years for senior role).
* Proficiency in design software such as REVIT (MagiCAD experience is a plus).
* Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
* Ability to mentor junior engineers and contribute to project leadership.
* Interest in or progress towards Chartered Engineer status.
