We are looking for a enthusiastic, self motivated and dynamic individual to join our customer services team supporting our UK and European clients.
Key Duties/Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services,.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service from first point of contact to post-delivery communication.
3. Ensure all orders are processed efficiently in lines with company SOP's & KPI's.
4. Generate quotes and load new business opportunities.
5. Maintain customer / account details.
6. Coordinate deliveries for all customer sites internationally.
7. Analyse sales and create growth.
8. Complaint Handling.
9. Upselling
The ideal candidate will have: -
10. At least 2 years of customer service experience.
11. Proven ability to work to at a very high level in order entry and quote generation.
12. Strong oral and written communication skills.
13. Has ambition to achieve company targets
14. The use of an internal CRM system will be required, having experience in using these type of systems would be advantageous.
15. Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
16. IT literate - Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
17. Experience of account management
