Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and professional Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, excellent phone etiquette, and a keen attention to detail.
Responsibilities
* Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing a positive first impression of the company.
* Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel and handling enquiries with professionalism.
* Ensuring incoming mail is distributed to the appropriate person.
* Sort and send outgoing mail.
* Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
* Maintain office/kitchen supplies and equipment, and stationary supplies for site.
* Assisting in the recording and updating of site documents.
* Provide admin support as and when required.
Requirements
* Previous office experience is essential; administrative experience is highly desirable.
* Proficient computer skills with a strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
* Excellent phone etiquette with strong verbal communication skills.
* Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Full Driving Licence
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £21,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 30 per week
