Cépages is a small neighbourhood restaurant and wine bar in Notting Hill (around 35 seats) focused on seasonal ingredients, thoughtful cooking and great wines .
The restaurant serves French-inspired food with a relaxed, modern approach, alongside a strong wine programme and a welcoming neighbourhood atmosphere.
Led by a MasterChef: The Professionals contestant, Cépages is built around a small, collaborative team where everyone contributes to the guest experience.
We are looking for a Restaurant Manager who enjoys hospitality, wine and working closely with both the kitchen and front-of-house team .

The Role You will oversee the daily running of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service and a warm guest experience.
Responsibilities include:
Managing front-of-house service and team organisation
Working closely with the kitchen and ownership
Overseeing reservations and guest experience
Maintaining a positive, professional atmosphere during service
Supporting the development of the wine-driven dining experience
You You enjoy hospitality, good food and wine and take pride in creating a great guest experience.

Interested in wine and seasonal cooking
Experience in quality restaurants is preferred, but attitude and leadership matter most .
