As the primary point of contact for guests, you will ensure outstanding experiences through excellent communication, attention to detail, and teamwork. Responsibilities include guest interaction, order management, and maintaining high service standards.
Responsibilities
 * Guest Experience: Welcome guests, manage reservations, address inquiries, and ensure a memorable visit.
 * Service Excellence: Take accurate orders, serve food and beverages, process payments, and promote special dishes.
 * Operational Excellence: Maintain cleanliness, reset tables, monitor stock, and support opening/closing procedures.
 * Environment Standards: Uphold presentation, comply with health and safety, and maintain our Michelin-starred atmosphere.
Qualifications
 * Experience in hospitality or customer service
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 * Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
 * Flexibility for Thursday-Sunday shifts
 * Enthusiasm for delivering exceptional guest experiences
