Client Care Advisor – Vets for Pets

Responsibilities
* Your primary focus will be to deliver exceptional service to our clients and outstanding care to their pets, acting as the key link between clients and the clinical team.
* Building strong, trusting relationships with clients, their pets, and the practice team will be essential.
* Providing an excellent client experience throughout each visit ensures complete satisfaction and encourages clients to return.
* Welcoming every client, offering expert guidance and support, and confidently managing payments, bookings, and day‑to‑day coordination through our online scheduling system.
* Working closely and communicating effectively within a supportive team consisting of two other Receptionists, a Practice Manager, a VCA, an RVN, and a Clinical Lead.
Required attributes
* Friendly and welcoming face for the client and their pets when they arrive at the practice.
* Keeping up to date with practice services and additional offerings to provide guidance.
* Calm, attentive and focused on clients’ needs.
* Enthusiasm, drive, and a passion for service matched with a love of pets.
* Ability to handle a range of situations, from comforting a client after bad news to celebrating a new puppy’s first visit.
* Personality that creates a welcoming and friendly atmosphere with colleagues.
Working hours
Part‑time role: every Tuesday & Wednesday (1 pm – 7 pm) and 2 out of every 4 Saturdays (8:30 am – 1 pm).
