An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Practice Supervisor in Family Group Decision Making within North East Lincolnshire Council's Children's Services. This is a really great time to join us as we implement and embed Family Group Decision Making in our work.
About the Role
Your role will include leading a Family Group Conference team alongside contributing to the management of Family Group Decision Making training and practice development across services. You will champion the principles of Family Group Decision Making across our partnerships advocating for family led decision making approaches.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a someone who is passionate about empowering children and families to create meaningful and lasting change.
You will have extensive experience of working in children's services, multi-agency working and have knowledge of legislation and guidance for working with children and families.
You will have either a relevant degree level qualification or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience.
Your knowledge and skills will include managing and motivating through change to enable a positive difference to children and families.
You will have a clear understanding of the principles of Family Group Decision Making whilst we will invest in your ongoing learning and development in family led planning and decision making approaches.
